Provides community-based case management for adults with serious and persistent mental illness. Coordinates treatment plans, evaluates symptoms and functioning, delivers skills training and dual-diagnosis treatment, supports daily living and social connections, and facilitates individual and group interventions. Collaborates with the ACT team, maintains documentation, participates in program evaluation and professional development, and travels as needed to support clients.

Paid internship and practicum program for undergraduate, graduate, and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner students. Interns gain supervised experience in mental health assessments, treatment planning, case management, crisis response, psychiatric and psychological evaluation, medication management, care coordination, outreach, and advocacy across outpatient, inpatient, residential, and community programs.

Provides outpatient psychological services, including individual, family, and group psychotherapy; assessments; treatment planning; crisis intervention; psychometric evaluations; court-ordered evaluations; and community education. Participates in multidisciplinary consultations, quality assurance, clinical documentation, supervision, program evaluation, and credentialing activities. Requires travel among multiple facilities and may supervise non-licensed personnel.
