The role collaborates with physicists, hardware engineers, and software teams while contributing to production-quality code and agile development practices.

Own the architecture, development, debugging, and release of real-time ARM firmware for quantum-computing control electronics. Develop pulse sequencing, timing, data-flow coordination, low-level drivers, and board support under hard real-time constraints. Lead firmware bring-up with electronics and physics teams, establish embedded engineering practices, and ensure reliable interfaces between firmware and higher-level experiment software.
