Lead the development and execution of visual brand and marketing assets across digital, print, video, web, advertising, and events. Own brand guidelines, templates, design systems, creative intake and production workflows, freelance and agency relationships, and AI-assisted production using Claude and complementary tools. Partner cross-functionally, manage creative pipelines and priorities, present design recommendations, maintain brand consistency, and evolve scalable agentic workflows for repeatable creative tasks.

Lead data science initiatives analyzing behavioral health conversations and develop end-to-end AI solutions from research through production. Build NLP, LLM, generative AI, and speech-related applications, identify emerging technologies, influence product design, and mentor team members. Collaborate with leadership, product, clinical, and engineering teams to improve therapy outcomes and reduce documentation burdens.

Lead relationships and drive outcomes for enterprise customers by ensuring adoption, measuring value, conducting business reviews, monitoring customer health, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting renewals/expansions, and translating customer insights into product and strategic recommendations.
