Supports sales growth and business expansion across South China’s coatings markets. Responsibilities include developing customers, managing existing accounts and distributors, coordinating quotations and orders, supporting customer projects, conducting market visits, monitoring competitors and pricing, maintaining sales pipelines, and providing forecasts and performance reports. The role also supports pricing compliance, sales targets, profitability objectives, and customer retention initiatives.

Manage and optimize more than $160 million in global indirect procurement spend across utilities, contractors, MRO, and related categories. Develop category strategies, negotiate framework agreements, consolidate suppliers, reduce total cost of ownership, manage supply risks, and establish global procurement standards. Partner with regional teams and plant stakeholders, analyze spend data, monitor energy markets, support hedging strategies, and report procurement KPIs.

Manages strategic coatings accounts across North America, driving revenue, margin, customer relationships, new business opportunities, pricing agreements, and regional account plans. Develops senior customer relationships, coordinates technical, sales, marketing, R&D, finance, and supply chain resources, resolves customer issues, and tracks forecasts, milestones, and performance. The role also supports value-based selling, contract negotiations, competitive intelligence, presentations, sales forecasting, and frequent customer travel.
