Supervises rotating-shift chemical plant operations, ensuring safe, environmentally compliant, efficient production. Directs personnel, coordinates coverage, manages training and employee records, enforces safety and housekeeping standards, supports HSE programs, verifies timecards, administers discipline, completes Title V inspections, and leads troubleshooting of safety, downtime, quality, and KPI issues. The role requires chemical plant supervisory experience, regulatory knowledge, computer proficiency, union-environment experience, and the ability to perform physically demanding plant work while wearing PPE.

Lead design, analysis, and administration of US employee benefits (health, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), pensions, wellness). Manage open enrollment, vendor/broker relationships, compliance (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA), benefits communications, invoice reconciliation, system integrations, and support HR/payroll systems. Provide guidance to employees and management and assist with union bargaining analytics and proposals.

Drive revenue growth in Coatings by developing technical solutions, building customer and distributor relationships, supporting sales with training and after-sales technical service, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with Marketing and R&D on product launches and projects across EMEA.
