The Solutions Engineer will create and deliver personalized demos and proof-of-concepts for an AI platform serving higher education. Responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives, translating technical capabilities into compelling narratives, configuring AI agents and workflows, tracking POC success metrics, and ensuring data security, FERPA compliance, and accessibility. The role also develops reusable demo assets and promotes internal AI fluency while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Drives pipeline growth through outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and social selling. Qualifies leads, conducts discovery conversations, books meetings, manages objections, and tracks outreach and conversion metrics in HubSpot CRM. Collaborates with Marketing and Sales to improve lead generation and pipeline efficiency while participating in coaching and continuous skill development in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
