Teams at Element

Lead post-sale relationships to drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention. Own onboarding, deliver training and workshops, support technical rollouts, capture customer insights, advocate for customers, partner on renewals, and track outcomes.

Develop and maintain Element's Rust-based client SDK and contribute to migrating server technology (Synapse). Ensure fast, reliable, high-quality clients and servers. Collaborate with the open-source community and work closely with a primarily Europe-based core team, focusing on real-time IM communications.
