Teams at Element Materials Technology

Leads daily operations for an EMC testing laboratory, overseeing safety, quality, staffing, scheduling, capacity, revenue forecasts, equipment needs, and customer delivery. Manages direct reports, hiring, performance reviews, overtime, and employee relations while advising teams on technical issues. Partners with commercial teams to expand services and contributes to strategic planning. Requires experience leading EMC laboratory teams, knowledge of EMC standards and ISO/IEC 17025, and strong technical, communication, and organizational skills.

Conduct EMC and RF testing in anechoic chambers using EMI receivers, spectrum analysers, and oscilloscopes. Follow applicable standards, customer test plans, laboratory procedures, and technical specifications; configure equipment and document test results accurately. Maintain knowledge of test standards and procedures, interact with customers, and assist with troubleshooting and test improvements across commercial, automotive, and military products.

Performs onsite nondestructive testing, test arrangement, analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance activities. Reviews test reports, supports SINGLAS accreditation and inspection readiness, interprets construction drawings and technical requirements, advises coworkers and customers, and trains novice technicians and laboratory colleagues. The role requires accurate testing under limited supervision and participation in advanced testing analysis and technical presentations.
