Lead strategic business analysis for cross-functional IT initiatives: run workshops, define end-to-end requirements, align functional solutions, prioritize backlogs, support Product Owners and PMs, enable AI-enabled practices and automation, mentor junior BAs, and coordinate QA, PMO, and development to deliver scalable solutions.

Oversee a portfolio of commercial accounts, ensure risk management, prepare credit analyses, monitor accounts, and liaise with clients including Fortune 500 executives.
