Perform FP&A analysis and reporting: manage month-end, forecasting, and planning in OneStream and Excel; build Power BI dashboards and OneStream data cubes; analyze trends, profitability, and operational expenses; produce actionable commentary for leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and product performance.

Lead and manage a team handling vehicle capitalization, vendor payments, taxation, billing accuracy, reconciliations, and client support. Ensure SLA attainment, quality controls, process improvements, cross-functional collaboration, workforce planning, and serve as escalation point for complex operational issues.

Manage end-to-end collections for a complex account portfolio: reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, lead client payment conversations, collaborate with billing/risk/legal/operations, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reporting to support cash flow and accuracy.
