Manage and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, MTAs, instrument loans, and reagent rentals. The Senior Lead, Enterprise Master Data will develop and drive the governance strategy for master data across multiple domains, ensuring data quality and compliance while enabling scalable operations.

Develops, optimizes, validates, and characterizes protein-based reagents, assays, and workflows for sequencing and multiomic products. Designs experiments, analyzes datasets, troubleshoots technical issues, develops formulations and analytical methods, and supports technology transfer into product development and manufacturing. The role documents findings, evaluates emerging technologies, collaborates across scientific and engineering teams, mentors junior scientists, and presents results to leadership. This is an on-site San Diego position with up to 5% travel.
