Leads and grows a software engineering team developing frontend, backend, cloud, instrument, CLI, and API systems for multi-omic products. Sets technical direction, oversees hiring and delivery, drives architecture and design reviews, and contributes hands-on across the stack. Champions AI-assisted and agentic development practices while supporting regulated software workflows, including design controls, verification, validation, traceability, audits, and regulatory submissions.

Manage and negotiate commercial agreements, including NDAs, MTAs, instrument loans, and reagent rentals. Provide cross-functional legal guidance, identify and mitigate contractual risks, review marketing materials, and support global business needs. The role also develops legal templates, playbooks, and procedures while maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Requires substantial contracts or paralegal experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences.

The Senior Lead, Enterprise Master Data will develop and drive the governance strategy for master data across multiple domains, ensuring data quality and compliance while enabling scalable operations.
