Lead the architecture, technical design, and implementation of a biotechnology platform using .NET and C#. Guide technical vision, make architecture decisions, mentor and coordinate engineers, and ensure delivery milestones. Translate business requirements into solutions, produce technical documentation, conduct architecture and code reviews, manage technical risks, and collaborate with stakeholders while supporting evolving requirements.

Own product quality across the software development lifecycle by defining QA strategy, establishing testing processes, designing automation frameworks, and developing API and end-to-end tests with TypeScript and Playwright. Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders, manage test data and mocks, integrate tests into CI/CD, review test artifacts, measure coverage and quality metrics, investigate AI-assisted testing approaches, and improve testing processes in a greenfield environment.

Assist with daily project coordination, documentation, Azure DevOps tracking, status reporting, budget and invoice support, resource planning, onboarding, meetings, and project data maintenance. Track action items, dependencies, risks, blockers, and deadlines, escalating issues to the Project Manager. Coordinate selected HR and organizational processes while supporting Scrum ceremonies and broader project delivery activities.
