The Senior Software Engineer will design and implement the core trading infrastructure, APIs, real-time surveillance systems, and contribute to team standards while mentoring new hires and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsible for driving the growth of ElectronX's funding accounts and revenue through strategic planning, team management, and market analysis. Focus on building a repeatable go-to-market system and optimizing activation processes while utilizing AI tools and data analysis.

Lead and execute compliance for a CFTC-regulated exchange and clearinghouse. Own trade surveillance, manage Eventus/Validus configuration, handle CFTC inquiries, maintain policies and reporting, liaise with Engineering and Operations, mentor compliance staff, and support regulatory filings and examinations.
