Process vendor purchase orders and billing, provide vendor customer service via email/phone, obtain and submit authorizations, manage aging reports and collections, escalate outstanding payments, review discrepancies, and support related administrative tasks.

Prepare and issue invoices and account statements, verify and process various bill types (VA, DME, Dept of Labor, PI liens), perform data entry, reconcile and update daily billing, handle accounts receivable and collections, and process checks and adjustments.
