Monitor and interpret domestic and international regulations, assess impacts, support product certifications and compliance programs, maintain regulatory records and dashboards, coordinate renewals and submissions, conduct internal reviews and risk assessments, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product and manufacturing compliance.

Create detailed manufacturing drawings and shop-level metalwork details for custom products. Produce part, assembly, wire-harness drawings, BOMs, and label documentation. Review designs for sizing/material/finish, maintain drawing standards and revisions, support ECR/ECO processes, estimate task times, and collaborate with manufacturing engineers to ensure production-ready documentation.

Support Regional Sales Managers through the full sales cycle: prepare and follow up on quotes and orders for standard and custom products, advise customers and dealers (domestic and international), coordinate product demonstrations, collaborate with production/service/purchasing/finance/R&D, and assist with marketing, trade shows and training to deliver customer-focused technical solutions.
