Teams at Electronic Theatre Controls

Supports industrial design development through concept sketches, renderings, mechanical layouts, UI and product mockups, icons, fonts, overlay graphics, and presentation materials. Works with senior industrial designers and uses rendering and CAD tools to evaluate design feasibility and product aesthetics. The internship requires current study toward a bachelor's degree in industrial design or a related field, relevant coursework, a portfolio, and unofficial transcripts.

Supports ETC’s finance team with financial data entry, journal entries, reconciliations, purchase price variance analysis, monthly reporting, work papers, trial balances, and month-end close activities. The intern will use SAP, investigate questionable financial data, prepare reports, and assist with manufacturing variance analysis and other daily accounting tasks.

Supports project managers with custom project implementation, information gathering, quotation and order review, system requirement documentation, shop drawings, schedule updates, manufacturing release documents, order changes, and technician support. The intern also helps ensure project deadlines are met, backs up project managers, and completes special assignments. The role requires theatrical lighting knowledge, strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
