Leads a multi-site manufacturing engineering function, overseeing engineering leaders and approximately 40 team members. Responsibilities include developing manufacturing processes and equipment, supporting new product releases, managing tooling and test fixtures, maintaining engineering standards and ISO procedures, controlling budgets, improving productivity and quality, reducing costs, and developing employees through hiring, training, and performance management.

Develop and review embedded real-time software in C and C++ for 32-bit ARM processors. Responsibilities include FreeRTOS development, hardware bring-up and troubleshooting, Qt test application maintenance, CI pipeline improvements, defect resolution, feature development, legacy modernization, and collaboration with technical and project stakeholders.

Leads quality improvement initiatives, manages ISO 9001 systems, oversees inspections and corrective actions, analyzes quality metrics, coordinates supplier improvements, and supervises QA personnel. The role drives cross-functional problem solving, continuous improvement, audit readiness, nonconforming material management, product holds, vendor performance, and inspection process development while hiring, coaching, and developing the Quality department.
