Seeking a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation involving on premise and cloud architectures, data flows, processes, procedures, and training documentation. Requires engaging with various stakeholders to create and maintain systems documentation, policies, and training materials.

Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Migrate on-premises workloads to the cloud. Automate tasks using scripting languages. Collaborate with other departments for seamless integration of cloud solutions.

The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure, troubleshooting network problems, and ensuring network performance. They will also be responsible for installing and configuring network hardware.

The Help Desk Technician is responsible for providing technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. They will troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely, provide excellent customer service, and document all calls and tickets. The technician should have strong working knowledge of PCs and laptops, as well as networking components and operating systems. Prior experience with ticketing systems, Windows systems, and mobile platforms is preferred. This is an entry-level position.
