Develop and execute direct-to-consumer email marketing campaigns, including promotional, triggered, onboarding, cart abandonment, segmentation, testing, QA, reporting, and optimization. Partner with sales, content, and marketing teams to improve engagement, conversions, sales, and revenue. Manage email platform production, campaign data, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis while identifying opportunities to enhance email marketing processes and results.

Supports procure-to-pay operations by processing invoices and financial documents, handling Accounts Payable activities, resolving supplier and internal inquiries, assisting with month-end close and reporting, and contributing to process improvements. The role requires strong Excel and data skills, attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, English fluency, and collaboration in a hybrid global finance environment.

Serves as the primary IT liaison for Supply Chain, gathering requirements, identifying process improvements, and supporting SAP-enabled solutions. Leads project planning and implementation with local and global IT teams while managing scope, timelines, costs, risks, quality, and delivery outcomes. Drives demand prioritization, portfolio alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives, including opportunities involving AI, automation, and analytics.
