Lead QA for Record-to-Report (RTR) ensuring governance, compliance and quality across RTR operations and BPOs. Validate transitions/go-lives, drive continuous improvement, manage risks, standardize processes, resolve complex cases, and liaise with stakeholders to uphold global RTR controls.

Support plastic components category sourcing through data research, analytics, supplier evaluation, RFQ support, and automated reporting. Provide market and supplier insights to enable strategic negotiations, complexity reduction, cost savings, and presentations to senior management.

Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow). Provide FP&A analysis, forecasts, budgets, and financial models. Use data analytics and visualization to surface operational trends, automate reporting, and support workforce and operational planning. Offer decision-making support to internal stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
