Leads manufacturing engineering, maintenance, technical operations, equipment reliability, process optimization, continuous improvement, and capital projects in a heavy manufacturing environment. Manages engineering and maintenance teams, budgets, equipment investments, automation and digital manufacturing initiatives, preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, operational efficiency, and new product introduction support.

Supports aftermarket product-line finance through financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, P&L analysis, reporting, reconciliations, cost management, and business-case evaluation. Partners with product-line and business leaders on profitability, strategic growth initiatives, investments, and process improvements across service, spare parts, accessories, and extended warranties. Provides executive commentary, performance insights, and corrective-action recommendations.

Supports employee lifecycle administration, workforce operations, and people data management. Processes HR transactions, maintains employee data in Workday and UKG, resolves ServiceNow cases, validates records, supports audits, maintains documentation, and identifies process improvements. Partners with Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders while handling confidential employee information and ensuring accurate, timely, policy-aligned execution.
