Develops small domestic appliances and wellbeing products for the Latin American market. Responsibilities include R&D, technology scouting, test protocol implementation, performance, reliability, safety and certification analysis, benchmarking, product teardowns, milestone management, supplier collaboration, and Lean Thinking initiatives. The role requires applying product architecture, technology roadmaps, engineering and manufacturing principles, and laboratory practices to deliver projects on time.

Leads end-to-end outbound communications for D2C and e-commerce channels across email, SMS, and other touchpoints. Develops campaign calendars, segments audiences, orchestrates customer journeys, manages personalization and automation, and analyzes campaign performance. Translates business needs into technical requirements and user stories, collaborates with commercial, product, engineering, data, content, and activation teams, supports local-market training, and drives continuous optimization and innovation in CRM engagement.
