Manage and grow regional sales via manufacturer representatives: recruit, train and coach reps; develop accounts and contracts; deliver technical training; forecast and report sales performance; run territory sales calls, trade seminars, and promotional activities. Heavy travel to support field operations and collaborate with customer service and national sales leadership.

Drive revenue by identifying and developing new market opportunities and sales channels in power generation and distribution. Build customer and partner relationships, create strategic sales plans, manage pipeline and opportunities, and travel extensively to support business development and represent the company at industry events.

Design, prototype, and validate electro-mechanical input devices (switches, joysticks, trackballs, keyboards) for medical and industrial markets. Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485, IEC 60601), environmental protection (IP-rated, EMC), and sterilization compatibility. Collaborate with clinical, software, and manufacturing teams, perform testing and lifecycle analysis, and maintain documentation for product production and audits.
