Drive revenue by identifying and developing new market opportunities and sales channels in power generation and distribution. Build customer and partner relationships, create strategic sales plans, manage pipeline and opportunities, and travel extensively to support business development and represent the company at industry events.

Lead engineering for product design, development, and manufacturing support. Manage a team of engineers, drive new product development, oversee PCB/firmware/embedded design, support manufacturing, ensure quality and compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally.
