The role involves developing visual concepts, adapting long-form assets, collaborating with scriptwriters and art directors, incorporating feedback, and applying platform best practices. Work is remote and requires a few days per month.

Produce high-converting short-form video ads for Meta platforms from brief to launch. Edit multiple concepts weekly, create motion graphics, analyze performance, iterate on winning creative, and collaborate with growth and creative teams in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Lead editorial strategy and quality across newsletters, social, guides, and new shows. Recruit, hire, and develop a team of writers, editors, and producers. Maintain brand voice, run editorial operations and weekly calls, manage sponsored takeovers, and build repeatable systems to scale from three newsletters into a multi-format media ecosystem.
