Design, build, and commission electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for chemical/electrochemical iron production. Program and troubleshoot Siemens S7 PLCs and Ignition HMI/SCADA, develop P&IDs, I/O lists, control narratives, electrical schematics and panel layouts, integrate instrumentation and communications, ensure safety and code compliance, perform site installation, commissioning, SAT, testing, tuning, and collaborate with process, mechanical, operations, and R&D teams.

The Senior Process Development Engineer will design and test chemical processes, lead projects, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safety in operations. Collaboration with various engineering teams and data analysis are key responsibilities.

Design, build, and maintain electrical, instrumentation, and control systems for chemical iron-production processes. Lead PLC/HMI/SCADA architecture, panel design, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting. Drive integration, optimization, safety analyses (FMEA/HAZOP), documentation, and project leadership for pilot-to-commercial scale systems.
