Supports work-order billing from documentation through invoicing and closeout. Reviews work orders, verifies labor, materials, purchase orders, and supporting records, processes time-and-material billing, tracks aging work orders, follows up on missing information, resolves discrepancies, maintains billing records and spreadsheets, prepares reports, and coordinates with project, service, accounting, and accounts receivable teams.

Review models for accuracy, identify clashes and design conflicts, incorporate revisions, and coordinate with architects, engineers, project managers, estimators, and field installation teams throughout project delivery.
