Greets visitors, answers and routes multi-line phone calls, sorts and forwards mail, transports residents, delivers newspapers, collects fees, manages reservations, performs typing and copying, and maintains a friendly, professional reception environment.

Coordinate and advocate for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities by developing individualized support plans, facilitating interdisciplinary meetings, monitoring progress, training staff, documenting outcomes, coordinating services, and communicating with families, schools, and external providers. The role supports person-centered care, behavioral planning, safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and community participation in a pediatric specialty-care setting.

Coordinates human resources support across two skilled nursing communities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, payroll administration, compliance, performance management, employee engagement, and retention. Maintains personnel records and HRIS data, supports timekeeping and leave administration, coordinates regulatory documentation, responds to unemployment and workers’ compensation matters, and serves as a resource for employees and facility leadership.
