Teams at Elder's Ace Hardware

Manage digital marketing across websites, social media, advertising, email, SMS, CRM, ecommerce, digital signage, and online business profiles. Create multimedia content, support retail store launches and company events, assist B2B communications, and produce performance reports covering advertising effectiveness, website activity, reputation management, and KPIs. The role requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Supports retail promotions, clearance sales, customer loyalty account updates, and local and national marketing events. Coordinates setup, maintenance, testing, and validation of item-level and dynamic promotions in the Epicor POS system. Assists stores and customers with Ace Rewards and helps onboard new loyalty members. Requires retail or marketing experience, Epicor or comparable retail software experience, knowledge of store operations, and flexible availability.

Responsible for managing store inventory, processing SROs and Ace orders, overseeing cycle counts, and ensuring effective training on inventory systems.
