Teams at Elder's Ace Hardware

Assist customers with plant and landscaping needs, maintain and merchandise nursery stock, perform cashier/sales/department duties, unload and stock inventory, handle special orders, monitor loss prevention, respond to radio requests, and perform other assigned tasks while following store policies and providing excellent customer service.

Assist with unloading trucks, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintain assigned department, execute daily operational tasks, handle special orders, provide attentive customer service, deter shoplifting per policy, respond to radio requests, and perform other duties as assigned.

Manage store inventory operations: generate/submit SROs and Ace orders, update transfers, run bin tags, oversee cycle counts, print signs, troubleshoot computers/printers with IS help, complete weekly inventory checklists, train staff on E4W, and model positive leadership. Requires physical work and occasional weekend/evening availability.
