Oversee physical datacenter operations across multiple sites, coordinating technicians, vendors, equipment staging, parts tracking, project timelines, documentation, and billing validation. The role ensures infrastructure work is completed on schedule, vendor charges match approved scopes, equipment is deployed efficiently, and leadership has visibility into operational status, risks, and process improvements.
