As a Senior Consultant, you will advise on digital transformation initiatives, facilitate workshops, and lead projects while collaborating with internal experts and supporting junior colleagues.

Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform CRM implementations from requirements gathering and solution design through testing, migration, training, deployment, and support. Advises clients, facilitates workshops, contributes to pre-sales, integrates AI and Copilot capabilities, coordinates with technical teams, and mentors junior consultants. The role also supports the growth of the CRM practice in French-speaking Switzerland.

Provide hands-on L1/L2 workplace IT support for the Pully office and other ELCA locations, administering Microsoft workplace technologies, endpoints, identity, and collaboration tools. Automate recurring procedures with Power Automate and AI agents, improve knowledge management, analyze incidents, communicate enhancements, and coach IT colleagues on AI adoption. The role requires strong Microsoft 365 expertise, clear documentation, proactive communication, and fluent French and English.
