As a Junior CRM Engineer, you will assist in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, design and develop in the Microsoft Power Platform, and support customers during roll-out.

The Senior Engineer D365 CRM will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform solutions, managing projects from pre-sales to deployment. It requires strong communication skills and a focus on customer service.

Provide first-line support for Microsoft 365 and workplace devices: troubleshoot incidents, perform user administration (accounts, MFA, licenses), resolve Windows/Office/VPN/peripheral issues, document tickets, escalate with context, and contribute to knowledge base and continuous improvement. Occasional on-site interventions in Switzerland.
