Acquire new merchant relationships and sell payment acceptance, merchant account, point-of-sale, and related business solutions. Manage territory pipelines, sales campaigns, partner relationships, activity reporting, and growth objectives. Engage directly with clients and banking partners in person three to four days weekly across designated California markets. Fluency in English and Korean is required to support Korean-speaking clients and partners.

Design, develop, test, operate, and maintain backend-driven mobile products and SDK integrations. Write production-ready code, perform failure analysis, conduct code reviews, ensure compliance and security, apply DevOps and SRE practices, collaborate in Agile teams, and support high-scale distributed systems and monitoring.

Manage a designated territory to develop new business and grow existing accounts. Identify opportunities, make sales presentations, build referral networks and call programs, negotiate deals, resolve client issues, and meet sales goals while traveling as needed.
