Serve as the revenue cycle management (RCM) subject-matter expert in the sales process: lead RCM-focused demos, conduct discovery with billing teams, map workflows to Elation's AI billing and practice management solutions, support existing customers, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to identify product opportunities and enablement needs.

The Principal, Key Accounts owns relationships and outcomes for Elation's largest customers, leading account strategy, relationship management, and commercial growth while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance customer success.

This role involves managing the full-cycle sales process, conducting product demos, building a robust sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client relationships and support growth efforts.
