Build and operate full-stack billing systems for a cloud-based clinical platform. Responsibilities include balancing insurance and patient financial transactions, handling inconsistent partner data, developing reliable LLM-powered features, improving a mature codebase, supporting production issues, and collaborating with product and design. The role owns features from scoping through deployment, monitoring, and customer feedback, while contributing to technical direction and resolving complex billing-domain problems.

Provide hands-on support for complex medical billing and revenue cycle cases, including claims, CPT/ICD-10 coding, payer adjudication, denials, accounts receivable, and collections. Diagnose product, payer, configuration, and workflow issues; resolve escalations; partner with Product and Engineering; maintain billing knowledge resources; improve AI-assisted support guidance; coach support specialists; and monitor case quality and systemic billing trends.

Own strategic relationships, retention, and commercial growth for Elation’s highest-value SaaS customers. Develop account plans, manage executive relationships, lead business reviews, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional responses to customer needs. Track account health, usage, risks, and expansion pipeline while advising healthcare organizations on care delivery and business goals. Partner with Sales, Product, Services, Engineering, and leadership to improve enterprise customer engagement and growth.
