Lead product design for primary care clinicians across discovery, strategy, and delivery. Develop AI-native experiences grounded in clinical workflows, define interaction patterns and visual language, and partner with Product and Engineering across multiple squads. Own usability and satisfaction metrics, conduct user research, make strategic design decisions, and mentor designers through critiques and team initiatives.

Lead and coach a team of 3–5 engineers while contributing hands-on to system design, code reviews, development, deployment, and maintenance. Partner with Product and UX to deliver end-to-end features, including AI-powered capabilities. Shape technical direction, improve engineering practices, communicate complex problems clearly, and measure product value for physicians and patients.

Leads the end-to-end customer support organization, owning service levels, case resolution, quality, workforce planning, tooling, analytics, and operational scalability. Builds technically skilled teams, career paths, training, and high-performance culture. Partners with Product and Engineering to convert support insights into roadmap improvements and reduce recurring issues. Establishes AI-assisted support quality controls, dashboards, workflows, and feedback loops that improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and product excellence.
