Manage simultaneous onboarding projects for physician-owned primary care practices using Elation's cloud clinical platform. Build relationships with customers and Sales, coordinate cross-functional teams, set milestones, use data to drive scalable engagement, and ensure successful platform adoption. Participate in occasional on-call weekend support and identify process improvements to improve customer outcomes.

The role involves leading a team of Enterprise Account Managers, managing strategic enterprise accounts, driving net revenue retention and expansion, and building scalable processes in a healthcare SaaS environment.

Serve as a senior accountant owning month-end close for cash, AP, accruals and prepaids, drive automation of close workflows using NetSuite and AI agents, partner with FP&A and cross-functional teams, coordinate audits and tax compliance, and maintain internal controls to support accurate, timely financial reporting.
