Develop and maintain C firmware for embedded RFID reader platforms in a bare-metal environment. Integrate RFID and authentication credentials, implement wired and wireless communication interfaces, debug firmware on target hardware, and maintain drivers, middleware, and application modules. Define secure authentication and credential-handling concepts, improve embedded product security, and support compliance with the European Cyber Resilience Act.

Design and define embedded hardware architecture for RFID and access-control products. Specify RF and interface front-ends, MCU and secure element selection, PCB and power design, EMC/EMI and signal-integrity requirements, and lifecycle strategies. Collaborate with firmware, QA, product management, and suppliers to deliver secure, manufacturable hardware platforms.
