Build technical capability and revenue through managed partners in the US public sector. Responsibilities include driving partner-sourced pipeline, supporting deal qualification and proofs of concept, developing technical engagement plans, delivering enablement and lab workshops, co-architecting repeatable solutions, creating demos and sales collateral, supporting deployments, and maintaining relationships with senior technical stakeholders. The role requires approximately 30% travel and strong presales, cloud, security, observability, communication, and partner-influence skills.

Lead the technical vision, roadmap, and development of Elasticsearch’s ES|QL analytics and compute engine. Build data-intensive enhancements using modern Java, research algorithms and data structures, collaborate across teams, mentor engineers, guide technical projects, and improve search and analytics capabilities. Work autonomously in a globally distributed environment while partnering with product, user experience, and customer-facing teams.

Generate qualified sales pipeline for Korean accounts through phone, email, social selling, events, and inbound and outbound prospecting. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing, research decision-makers using sales technologies, uncover customer challenges, qualify opportunities, communicate Elastic’s platform value, and continuously improve through coaching and AI-enabled workflows.
