Analyzes revenue data, develops forecasting models and performance dashboards, improves RevOps processes, validates data, and delivers strategic insights to sales and marketing stakeholders. The role supports business reviews, annual planning, cross-functional reporting initiatives, revenue strategy, risk mitigation, and stakeholder training while identifying operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.

Lead technical direction for Elastic’s billing experience platform. Design and evolve public and internal APIs, build full-stack billing and account-management features, and shape scalable architecture and data models. Improve reliability, observability, deployment, CI/CD, and incident response across cloud services. Mentor engineers, review technical work, influence roadmap priorities, collaborate across Product, Design, SRE, Finance, and Cloud teams, and participate in on-call rotations.

Drive net-new revenue and expansion across strategic enterprise accounts. Build pipeline, qualify opportunities using MEDDPICC, deliver executive-level value stories and demos, negotiate complex multi-year consumption commitments, maintain accurate forecasts, and collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps. The role requires strong SaaS enterprise sales performance, technical fluency in cloud, search, observability, and security, plus the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
