Provide in-house product and IP legal counsel across patent prosecution, IP portfolio management, brand protection, open-source licensing, and product launch readiness. Support invention harvesting, draft and review IP-related commercial contract clauses, assist with AI governance and trade compliance, conduct legal research and diligence, and collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, privacy, and commercial teams.

Lead global Cloud Billing Operations across Direct Cloud and cloud marketplaces (AWS, GCP, Azure). Oversee dispute resolution, delinquency management, refunds, quarter-end forecasting, and billing automation. Partner with Revenue, Legal, Sales, and Engineering to scale processes, enable marketplace operations, and build a distributed global team with strong accounting controls.

Develop and maintain Java backend services for AutoOps, integrate ELK stack and third-party APIs, implement RESTful services, write tests, investigate and resolve performance, concurrency, and stability issues, and support cross-functional teams while leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and debugging.
