Lead the Partner Help Desk team to manage partner deal registrations, partner agreements, portal and workflow issues. Oversee case queues, improve processes, document procedures, train and coach staff, handle escalations, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide coverage during peak periods.

Provide sales strategy, planning, reporting, and analysis for the UK Public Sector sales area. Own pipeline KPIs, forecasting, budget vs. actual variance, territory carving, capacity planning, and GTM resource optimization. Build early warning systems, support cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Sales leaders), and operationalize AI-driven go-to-market initiatives to scale sales execution and improve conversion and bookings.

Own a defined territory to build pipeline, run outbound, qualify using MEDDPICC, deliver tailored demos/value stories, negotiate and close consumption-based SaaS deals, and partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to drive customer outcomes.
