Drive net-new revenue and account expansion for Elastic’s Search AI, observability, and security solutions within mid-market accounts. Build pipeline, manage complex SaaS sales cycles, conduct discovery using MEDDPICC, develop territory plans, forecast accurately, negotiate contracts, and communicate technical value to developers and executives. Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and deliver customer outcomes.

Leads technical partner enablement and growth across Elastic’s ecosystem in India. Develops partner-sourced pipeline, supports deal qualification and proofs of concept, creates technical engagement plans, and delivers workshops, labs, and certification roadmaps. Co-architects repeatable solutions, reference architectures, demos, and partner-built offerings across security, observability, and AI. Builds senior technical relationships and measures success through partner deals, engagement plans, enablement, and reusable assets.

Develop core infrastructure and shared functionality for Elasticsearch. Design scalable APIs, resolve complex performance and concurrency issues, improve cloud observability, automate developer workflows, and support operational investigations. The role involves leading cross-team projects, collaborating with open-source communities and users, and owning technical initiatives from design through delivery. Strong Java, concurrency, CI/CD, distributed systems, and platform engineering expertise are required.
