Process and assess adverse event reports in the PV database, ensure data accuracy and completeness, perform seriousness and causality assessments, validate against source documents, meet regulatory timelines and quality/productivity targets, escalate issues, determine follow-up needs, participate in team meetings, and support high-volume periods.

Lead the site-wide Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) program for a manufacturing site, ensuring GMP-compliant equipment commissioning, qualification and validation. Develop and maintain CQV processes, SOPs and documentation, provide technical leadership to internal and external teams, drive Lean continuous improvement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

Lead the end-to-end commercial relationship with PetSmart, owning strategy, joint business plans, omnichannel growth, forecasting, profitability, negotiations, assortment and supply-chain performance while leading a cross-functional internal account team to drive sales, share and mutual profitability.
