Lead antibody discovery workflows using single-B-cell sequencing, FACS, NGS, immune library construction, phage or yeast display, molecular rescue, and cloning. Integrate sequencing data with bioinformatics pipelines to identify antibody lineages and support biologics development. Collaborate cross-functionally, document experiments, present findings, and evaluate emerging discovery technologies. Requires a PhD in immunology, molecular biology, or biotechnology and 0–3 years of relevant industrial experience.

Lead organizational change management for R&D initiatives, initially focused on data and AI transformation. Develop change strategies, coach leaders, build change champion networks, create communications and role-based learning, measure adoption, address resistance, and sustain behavioral change. Partner with program teams to establish milestones, accountability, and adoption metrics across a complex, matrixed organization.

Leads HR operational excellence by mapping and optimizing processes, applying LEAN and Six Sigma methods, and deploying AI agents and intelligent workflows. Partners with HR process owners, HR business partners, and HRIS to reduce operational friction, automate complex tasks, lead technology pilots, and deliver special projects using agile techniques. Translates AI capabilities into practical value for HR stakeholders and validates improvements through data analysis.
