Manage a section of a construction project: supervise site crews and subcontractors, enforce safety and quality, monitor productivity and budget, coordinate drawings/submittals, support HR/succession, prepare reports, and ensure on-time closeout.

Lead and manage construction projects end-to-end: resource allocation, budgets, schedules, procurement coordination, QA/QC, safety compliance, risk management, reporting, team development, and client/stakeholder liaison to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Lead and execute qualitative and quantitative project risk analyses, facilitate risk workshops, maintain risk registers, develop mitigation strategies, mentor junior engineers, and align risk outputs with project controls to inform management decision-making.

Ensure construction project compliance with HSE policies: develop and implement safety and emergency plans, conduct orientations, trainings, inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective actions, manage permits, traffic and waste plans, monitor material handling/storage, and maintain HSE records and lessons learned.

Lead digital delivery strategy for construction projects: implement and integrate CDE platforms and digital tools, set data and BIM standards (ISO 19650), enable 4D/5D and digital twin workflows, coordinate design/construction stakeholders, ensure data quality/security, drive reporting and dashboards, and represent BIM at project meetings.
