Posts, balances, and reconciles payments to patient accounts; reviews refunds, requests write-off approvals, resolves payment posting issues, and follows medical billing regulations and payer reimbursement guidelines. The role requires accounts receivable knowledge, medical terminology and coding familiarity, computer proficiency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to meet deadlines. Bilingual English and Spanish ability is preferred.

Provides primary medical care for children in a clinic setting, including diagnosis, treatment, referrals, preventive care, emergency response, treatment planning, progress assessment, recordkeeping, and communication with patients and families. The pediatrician coordinates with care teams and considers cultural, psychological, social, and environmental factors affecting patient health.
