Provide housing placement and long-term retention case management for families and adults with Project-Based Vouchers, using trauma-informed and assertive engagement approaches. Develop individualized housing plans, coordinate move-ins, connect clients to supportive services, maintain documentation, collaborate with partners and property staff, attend meetings and trainings, and support program success through outreach and ongoing client support.

Lead a weekly parent class for the Early Kindergarten Transition program, plan and facilitate family-focused activities, teach parents routines and kindergarten support strategies, recruit families, collaborate with classroom staff and SUN site manager, attend onboarding/training and family orientation, and perform related duties during the two-week summer program.

Assist the EKT teacher to implement a two-week kindergarten transition program: support small groups and individuals, aid recruitment and family communication, foster social-emotional learning through play, arts, and music, attend onboarding/training and family orientation, and perform other site-assigned duties.
