The DVSA HUD Case Manager provides culturally competent case management for Latine survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, helping them navigate social services and achieve self-sufficiency.

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, prepare and analyze financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting, maintain internal controls and compliance, oversee grant financials, lead and develop an accounting team, coordinate audits, and provide financial analysis and reporting to leadership and external stakeholders. Ensure nonprofit accounting standards and accurate grant tracking.

Provide housing placement and long-term retention case management for families and adults with Project-Based Vouchers, using trauma-informed and assertive engagement approaches. Develop individualized housing plans, coordinate move-ins, connect clients to supportive services, maintain documentation, collaborate with partners and property staff, attend meetings and trainings, and support program success through outreach and ongoing client support.
