Provides recovery-oriented peer support to clients in outpatient and community settings. Responsibilities include advocacy, crisis intervention, individualized recovery planning, skills training, group facilitation, resource linkage, field outreach, caseload support, documentation in an electronic health record, and collaboration with multidisciplinary and external service teams. The specialist draws on lived experience to help clients navigate mental health services and achieve wellness goals.

Manage full-cycle HR functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, credentialing, benefits and leave administration, HRIS administration, payroll support, risk management, policy updates, and employee relations to ensure regulatory compliance and positive staff relations.
