Provide case management to CalWORKs clients, determine program eligibility, develop individualized employment plans, monitor progress, maintain accurate records, refer to services, place clients in jobs/activities, conduct orientations/workshops, and support outreach and program reporting under supervisor direction.

Supervise and lead up to 20 students in expanded learning after-school programs, plan and run age-appropriate STEAM and recreational activities, provide homework help, enforce safety and behavior policies, maintain attendance and equipment, collaborate with school staff and parents, and complete required trainings and background checks.

Coordinate and supervise daily after-school activities, lead staff and volunteers, plan age-appropriate academic and enrichment programs, ensure student safety, maintain records, communicate with families and schools, manage minor budget and scheduling tasks, and support program evaluation and special events.
