Plan, coordinate, supervise, and continuously improve district-wide expanded learning programs (after school, summer, enrichment). Oversee staff recruitment, training, compliance with grant/state requirements, program quality, budgets, reporting, safety, audits, and stakeholder communication. Provide coaching, site visits, data-driven evaluation, and community partnerships to support student outcomes.

Supervise and lead up to 20 students in expanded learning after-school programs, plan and run age-appropriate STEAM and recreational activities, provide homework help, enforce safety and behavior policies, maintain attendance and equipment, collaborate with school staff and parents, and complete required trainings and background checks.
