Teams at El Centro de la Raza

Maintains residential property buildings, common areas, equipment, and systems through preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, unit turnovers, and resident service requests. Performs basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, drywall, appliance, and building-system work. Supports trash and recycling operations, safety and security checks, emergency response, vendor coordination, inventory management, and limited janitorial duties. Participates in on-call coverage, snow removal, incident reporting, and property upkeep.
