Handle HR tasks including employee benefits, staff monitoring, onboarding/orientation, HR documentation, policy support, social media tasks, and creating simple graphics. Provide independent day-to-day HR support and assist the HR manager with process improvements while working a mandated 8-hour flexible remote schedule (5 daytime hours, 3 nighttime hours).

Full-cycle inside sales role handling inbound leads, closing deals, coordinating with BDRs, owning HubSpot CRM, representing the company at virtual events, producing sales enablement content, tracking market trends, building a LinkedIn presence, and reporting on pipeline and performance.

Manage and grow online communities across platforms: post content, engage members, keep communities safe, run events (AMAs/webinars), identify champions, repurpose content, and report on analytics to drive improvements aligned with product goals.
