Develop robotic software solutions involving navigation, localization, fleet management, mission planning, control, manipulators, computer vision, simulation, and testing. Collaborate with global teams, contribute to architecture and implementation, mentor peers, participate in technical discussions, and support open-source development. The role requires strong ROS or ROS 2, modern C++, Python, Docker, VSLAM, and AI computer vision experience.

Develop and test a full robotics stack for automated guided vehicles, including simulation, navigation, localization, perception, behaviors, and tooling. Tune systems on physical robots, troubleshoot hardware, networking, and electronics issues, and collaborate with fleet management and client R&D teams. The role is based on-site in Munich three days per week and includes occasional deployment travel, with potential future team leadership responsibilities.

Design and implement robotic software solutions using ROS/ROS2, C++17 and Python. Work on navigation, localization, fleet management, mission planning, control, simulation, testing, and contribute to open-source projects while mentoring peers.
