Support process automation, data analytics, and business development by identifying client needs, designing tech-driven solutions, building prototypes/MVPs, developing proposals/SOWs, maintaining CRM/reporting, and improving operational efficiency using Power Platform and BI tools.

Review digital and handwritten engineering documents, collect and organize photos and field data, input and cross-check information, compile structured engineering reports, maintain data quality and archives, and support project timelines and process improvements.

Run onboarding and implementation for new customers, map customer workflows into the over.vu platform, maintain onboarding documentation, respond to support tickets, triage and escalate issues, monitor customer health, update knowledge base and in-app docs, and advocate user needs to product teams while supporting adoption and training.

Provide front-desk and administrative support including reception, phone screening, meeting and travel scheduling, mail and package handling, inventory and office supply management, and clerical tasks. Assist facilities coordination and create reports, presentations, and companywide communications. Ensure efficient office operations and visitor access while supporting company events and administrative needs.

Lead multiple client-facing projects and mentor junior PM staff. Manage project plans, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risks, contracts, and client communications. Drive process improvements, proposal support, financial oversight, staffing, and cross-functional coordination to meet project goals.
