Develop and deploy software, AI-enabled features, web applications, APIs, and data solutions for client engagements. Contribute to Python, Azure, Databricks, machine learning, and GenAI projects; participate in demos, technical discussions, standups, and planning. Maintain applications, document work, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-engineering stakeholders while collaborating closely with the technical team.

Lead an enterprise HRIS implementation from project framing through deployment and post-Go-Live RUN operations. Manage scope, roadmap, budget, governance, risks, stakeholders, system integrator performance, testing, data migration, change management, and transition to support. Coordinate HR, IT, and Finance teams while ensuring quality, timeline, adoption, documentation, and operational readiness.

Supports APAC marketing through Chinese content localization and translation, website updates, LinkedIn and newsletter content, WeChat page and video production, basic video editing, account management, performance monitoring, and event logistics. The intern also assists with proofreading, publishing, participant communication, and ad hoc marketing activities.
