Provides billing and accounting support for consulting projects by setting up projects in Deltek Ajera, generating high-volume invoices, preparing billing reports, reviewing labor and expenses, assembling invoice packages, monitoring work-in-progress, following up on payments, and resolving billing or collection issues with clients and Project Managers.

Supports stormwater compliance and management design projects for industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. Responsibilities include preparing technical reports and SWPPPs, conducting hydrologic and hydraulic analyses, designing stormwater best management practices, inspecting sites, assessing pollutant sources, collecting and evaluating samples, training clients, and assisting with permits and agency communication.
