Own and advance medical automatic speech recognition models for code-mixed Indian clinical conversations. Train multimodal speech-LLMs and streaming ASR models, improve clinical-entity and drug-name accuracy, build evaluation and data pipelines, optimize GPU production serving, and release research through open-source projects and publications. The role also includes reviewing experiments, mentoring engineers, and developing reusable training recipes.

Own regional hospital sales revenue, generate and qualify leads, build relationships with hospital decision-makers, deliver product demonstrations, customize solutions, negotiate enterprise contracts, close deals, analyze market trends, maintain CRM records, forecast results, and represent the company at healthcare industry events.

Own the vision and roadmap for AI products embedded in clinical workflows. Partner with data scientists, AI engineers, and designers on model selection, prompting, retrieval, speech, tools, and agent orchestration. Define product quality evaluations, safety guardrails, and trust metrics. Translate clinical problems into product behaviors, lead enterprise and government deployments, and manage client engagements. The role requires AI product management experience, technical API and SDK fluency, and strong judgment around healthcare AI safety.
