Own validation strategy and end-to-end testing for robotic hardware, including PCBAs, actuators, grippers, and robotic arms. Design automated test equipment, fixtures, and reusable infrastructure; execute functional, environmental, stress, and reliability testing; investigate failures; and drive corrective actions. Lead certification activities, documentation, and cross-functional testability improvements while mentoring engineers and informing hardware release decisions.

Lead hands-on recruiting for specialized technical talent in robotics, reinforcement learning, computer vision, simulation, and software. Responsibilities include sourcing, talent mapping, candidate engagement, interviews, offer closing, recruiting process improvement, and partnership with leadership. The role also supports broader People initiatives such as headcount planning, compensation, performance management, manager development, and company expansion strategy.

Build and lead Eka’s People function through startup growth. Responsibilities include organizational design, headcount planning, compensation and equity programs, performance management, manager development, culture, employee experience, HR policies, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, People systems, and leadership advising. The role is highly hands-on and requires building scalable processes while supporting employees and partnering closely with talent and company leadership.
