The role serves as the communication hub across designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and internal teams while maintaining accurate project documentation and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.

Owns profitable customer acquisition and digital growth across DTC, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta, TikTok, and Google. Leads performance marketing, creator partnerships, creative strategy, landing-page optimization, CRO, retention, attribution, forecasting, and channel profitability. Builds a scalable growth organization, manages multimillion-dollar budgets, ensures FTC and platform compliance, and partners cross-functionally on inventory, finance, retail, marketplace strategy, and investor readiness.

Own and scale a TikTok creator community on Discord as a revenue channel. Responsibilities include creator recruiting, tiering, incentives, retention, training, funnel reporting, ROI analysis, people management, cross-functional coordination, escalations, automation, attribution, payment workflows, and playbook development. The role manages creator performance across GMV, content volume, conversion, and program economics while preparing operations for significant scale.
