The Chief of Staff will build and run eJam’s company-wide operating rhythm, including leadership meetings, scorecards, quarterly planning, priorities, issue tracking, and follow-through. The role will strengthen management systems, coach managers, support executive hiring and onboarding, coordinate board and investor materials, and improve marketing operations across acquisition, creative, CRO, retention, and marketplaces. This operator partners closely with the CEO and brand leaders across distributed international teams.

Leads the end-to-end physical consumer product pipeline, from market opportunity identification and business cases through formulation, overseas manufacturing, regulatory compliance, retail readiness, Amazon launches, and post-launch optimization. Manages 10 or more concurrent SKU projects, external formulators, manufacturers, regulatory counsel, costs, timelines, quality standards, and product roadmaps across sprays, controls, and devices.

Own FP&A reporting, financial models, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and profitability analysis. Manage daily cash reporting, thirteen-week cash forecasts, funding transfers, bank reconciliations, borrowing base and covenant reporting, lender packages, and settlement reconciliation. Partner with accounting, brand teams, payroll, and leadership while improving recurring reporting through automation, documentation, and AI-assisted analysis.
