Leads the Employee Benefits Tax practice, serving as senior technical authority on deferred compensation, executive compensation, equity awards, retirement and welfare benefits. Advises clients on tax compliance, reporting, risk mitigation, compensation structuring, and M&A transactions. Reviews plan documents and filings, manages key client relationships, develops business, mentors professionals, conducts training, and supports recruiting and practice growth.

Lead and supervise FEMA-related consulting engagements supporting state/local disaster recovery programs. Ensure FEMA and 2 CFR 200 compliance, manage financial and accounting activities, expedite disaster closeouts, support business development, and guide team growth and quality of client deliverables. May involve travel and extended hours.

Manages firm-wide auditor independence processes and controls within the Risk Management group. Oversees regulatory compliance, conflict checks, client due diligence, and escalation of high-risk issues. Leads and develops junior staff, improves workflows through automation and technology, and collaborates with global risk management teams to maintain consistent independence policies and quality management practices.
