Provide direct patient care as a Physician Assistant within the scope of practice: assess, diagnose, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, document encounters, coordinate multidisciplinary care, participate in quality improvement, and optimize resource use. Maintain required certifications and licensure and collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality outcomes across the lifespan.

Support, configure, and maintain Epic clinical applications; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with IS teams, vendors, and clinical users. Provide at-the-elbow support during upgrades, document changes, manage service requests, and assist project activities to improve clinical workflows and outcomes.

Support and optimize Epic revenue cycle (Professional Billing and Contracts). Act as liaison between clinical users, vendors, and IT; troubleshoot, document, and implement application changes; provide at-elbow support during upgrades; analyze workflows to improve financial and operational outcomes; follow PMO guidelines and maintain system documentation.
