Lead and scale the engineering organization from 10 to 30 employees. Own hiring, management, onboarding, culture, delivery, technical direction, architecture, quality, reliability, and engineering standards. Partner with Product, Design, Compliance, Security, Sales, and Operations to ship compliant, secure, reliable systems. Coach engineers, develop leaders, maintain accountability, and contribute hands-on when needed in a high-stakes regulated environment.

Lead design and operation of a Tier-1 bank-grade security program: compliance (SOC 2, ISO 27001), controls across cloud backend and vendors, IAM/privilege management, encryption and key management, DR and restore testing, third-party risk, incident response, and presenting security posture to CISOs and auditors to win and retain enterprise customers.

Build and operate core backend systems and integrations for a fintech offboarding platform. Design scalable APIs, integration frameworks, and cloud infrastructure; improve reliability, observability, and CI/CD; partner with product and engineering to launch services and securely integrate third-party providers.
