Lead end-to-end network infrastructure operations across the Americas, overseeing SD‑WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, cloud connectivity, Zscaler, firewalls, monitoring, vendor management, DR, security compliance, and a regional team to ensure high availability, performance, and alignment with Zero Trust and global standards.

Provide high-level administrative and project support to directors and teams: manage calendars, meetings, travel, minutes, expense reports, purchase orders, contracts, sponsorships/exhibits, and coordinate departmental administrative activities in a hybrid work model.

The Access and Reimbursement Manager manages patient access to Eisai products, identifies reimbursement issues, and educates healthcare professionals on payer policies. This role supports the Neurology business unit, ensuring compliant access and reimbursement for an Alzheimer's product, and reports to the Access and Reimbursement team.
