Leads an optical engineering team designing, optimizing, prototyping, testing, and validating advanced imaging and spectroscopy systems for biotech research. Oversees optical characterization, data analysis, documentation, vendor partnerships, cross-functional collaboration, and team development. Requires extensive optical engineering experience, biological applications expertise, proficiency with Zemax or Code V, and significant management experience.

Lead strategy, design, governance, and execution of Total Rewards programs (compensation, equity, benefits, recognition). Partner with Executive Leadership, Board Compensation Committee, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure compliance, compensation governance, and competitive programs. Build and develop a Total Rewards team, manage benefits vendors, own equity strategy and SEC-related disclosures, and drive HRIS/compensation planning tools and analytics to support workforce planning and communications.
