Advise clients on optimizing finance functions, processes, and systems through performance management, reporting, budgeting, digitization, cash flow improvement, post-merger integration, business cases, and investor readiness. The role requires strong financial, accounting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with comfort working in English, French, and/or Dutch in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Lead and review complex valuation models, value companies and assets, support fairness opinions, manage client engagements, prepare reports and presentations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development and cross-border assignments.

The Analyst will assist in delivering Valuation & Modelling services, preparing reports and financial models, and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include understanding valuation principles and contributing to various financial projects.
