Serves as the first point of contact for dealership customers, builds relationships, confirms appointments, prepares and demonstrates vehicles, explains features, organizes paperwork, delivers sold vehicles, transports vehicles for services, and resolves customer concerns. The role supports dealership sales and requires professional communication, customer service, vehicle handling, and availability for mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.

Greet customers and prospects, answer dealership phones, direct visitors to the appropriate departments, notify staff of arrivals, introduce customers to salespeople, support the service team, and prepare routine correspondence and documents. The role requires professional, friendly, efficient communication, a positive demeanor, and a polished presentation. The schedule includes daytime weekday hours and some Saturdays.
