The role rotates across front desk, cashier, service greeting, delivery support, and administrative tasks while providing hands-on training and opportunities for advancement.

Coordinates recurring marketing campaigns, vendor relationships, project workflows, events, sponsorships, quality assurance, and process improvements across eight automotive dealerships. Manages campaign calendars, deliverables, advertising materials, compliance checks, event logistics, reporting, documentation, and cross-department communication. The role ensures campaigns launch accurately and on time while improving marketing department efficiency through SOPs, automation, and AI productivity tools.

Produces video, graphic, photography, and social media content for eight automotive dealerships. Manages projects from concept through delivery, creates promotional and event assets, maintains digital libraries and brand templates, and supports recurring marketing campaigns across advertising platforms. Collaborates with marketing leaders, dealership teams, agencies, and vendors while improving creative workflows, production efficiency, and content consistency.
